- Funds may appear immediately or within 3–5 business days depending on the payment method.

Processing Fees:
- All payment processing fees are covered by Brivomart.
- Customers will not incur any additional charges for using any accepted payment method.

Currency & Taxes:
- All prices are in USD.
- Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated at checkout.
- Customers outside the US may incur currency conversion fees from their bank or card provider (outside our control).

Refunds & Chargebacks:
- Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
- Once a refund is issued, it will be returned via the original payment method.

- Customer payment information is never stored on our servers.
- All transactions are encrypted and secure.
